Presentation Guide

Oral Presentations

A secretarial office adjacent to the lecture hall will be
available to the speakers for setting up and previewing their
Microsoft Powerpoint slides before their presentations.
Presentations of invited speakers and presenters of oral
presentations must be provided as Microsoft Powerpoint
files, arranged in the exact order, and handed to the
persons in charge of projections at least 30 minutes
prior to the start of the corresponding session.


Poster Presentations

Poster boards will be upright (portrait format)
and 2 x 1 m (6.6 x 3.3 ft) in size.
